威尔逊菲利浦斯 (wilson phillips) 演唱组由 wilson 姐妹 (carnie wilson & wendy wilson) 和 chynna phillips 所组成。

wilson姐妹的父母是前beach boys 的主唱 brian wilson 和“蜂蜜”(honeys)乐队成员marilyn，而chynna的父母是前“妈妈和爸爸”(the mamas and the papas)成员john phillips和 michelle phillpis 。

三人的实力平均，并没有主唱伴唱之分，只是在不同的歌曲中演绎出不同的主次，因此在同一专辑中中会展现出不同的曲风。

她们90年第一次合作专辑中便有两首单曲《Hold on》、《Release me》挤身美国排行榜第一名，同名专辑也获当年十佳专辑；

那极富韵味，和谐幽雅的trois各自特色鲜明，carnie低沉而略带沙哑，wendy音色轻脆甜美， chynna高亢激情，正是这三种全然不同的声音造就了这支别具一格的合唱组合。

因为她们从小一起长大，且受过良好的音乐熏陶，因此演唱时的默契便不言而喻。

和当时盛行的美貌第一的标准相比，她们属于绝对的实力派；

该组合于1992年解散。
